Safety Support
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Sivil is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch help.
To reach us about a safety concern, use the report option inside the app — it carries the context we need to act — or email info@sivil.us. See our Support page for what to include and how reports are handled.
